What is a “Full Service” Template?

We do “templates” a bit differently. Most designers sell website templates, give you the design files and that’s it. That means you are still stuck doing all the work, and once you are done, your website usually doesn’t look anything like the template you first picked out.

Here’s what we do different: We do full service templates. You pick which of our templates you like best, and we do all the work. That way we aren’t stuck in long design calls like with a custom website, but you still get a final website that looks like the template you picked!

One week turn around once your files are received

Once we have received all of your pictures, descriptions, fonts, colors and information, your website will take one week to design.
Full Service Templates are all $1500, for whichever template you choose! This includes all of our work, and the template itself.
If you have particular brand colors (including HEX codes) that you give us during the initial information gathering stage, we can adjust the template to those colors during our design stage.
*Once design starts, colors cannot be changed. You will be able to change them on your own after launch
Changing fonts requires custom CSS, which will require a higher Squarespace plan ($276/year as of May 2025).
If you own your brand font files and give them to us during the initial information gathering stage, and pay for the Core (or higher) Squarespace plan, we are happy to include the custom CSS to add your design fonts to your template free of charge.
*Once design starts, fonts cannot be changed. You will be able to change them on your own after launch
You cannot make changes to your template during the design process beyond matching your brand fonts/colors (see previous answers).
However, once our design is complete, you will receive full admin access to your website where you can change and update things as much as you want!
All our costs are up front without any uncharges unless you request them.
You will have extra fees for hosting your website (As of May 2025, Squarespace plans begin at $192/year with most photographers choosing the core plan at $276/year to allow for custom CSS. See here for current pricing)
Your domain name will also be an additional cost. Most domain names are about $20/year.
